Our story
From local family office to global VC fund
ZAKA was founded as a family office back in 2019. In just a few years, ZAKA has become one of the most active family offices in Europe, with an industry- and geography-agnostic approach. In 2024, ZAKA officially transitioned to a VC fund structure and opened its first fund size €15M. Due to increasing activity and network in the US and Canada, ZAKA established an office in San Francisco to oversee our activities in North America.
We collaborate with a broad network of investors, including top-tier funds across multiple geographies and sectors. This is how we strengthen our reputation and help our portfolio founders in later stages.
